Well done to Kew Neighbourhood Learning Centre on presenting an Annual report with wonderful learner stories and on celebrating the great work of staff and volunteers, at your recent AGM held at the Derby Street Centre in the City of Boroondara.
Kew Neighbourhood Learning Centre (KNLC) is a not for profit organisation providing socially inclusive educational, recreational, health and wellbeing and social support opportunities for the local community. Their range of programs include but are not limited to childcare, playgroups, pre-accredited educational training as well as health and wellbeing programs.
KNLC also runs an Inclusive Communities Program that targets marginalised members of the community, in particular, those living with a serious mental illness or disability. They also have 2 social enterprise activities the Sparechair café and The Shed.
KNLC also undertakes various short and one off funded projects.
