Leadership in Psychosocial Risk Management Micro credential

Recently, Workplace Health and Safety regulations in most States of Australia have been amended to include psychosocial risks, which are generally defined as 'risks to the health or safety of a worker or other person from a psychosocial hazard'.

Under the new regulations, organisational leaders are responsible for managing psychosocial risks in their workplaces. To do this effectively, they require knowledge of several important factors, including how to identify the key psychosocial hazards in a work environment, how stress from psychosocial hazards can impact people, what are the key signs of workplace stress and what interventions to take with employees demonstrating signs of stress from psychosocial hazards.

The Leadership in Psychosocial Risk Management microcredential has been designed to empower leaders, managers, and individuals to enhance their understanding of psychosocial hazards in the workplace, gain access to valuable, up-to-date insights, and be equipped with the necessary knowledge to navigate critical workplace challenges effectively.

Who is this for?

Leaders and managers of both RTO and non-RTO Learn Local Providers.
