The story behind a Learn Local provider pursuing a big complex project and the lessons learned.

A “hairy” venture is one with lots of loose threads.

Cliff Rundle has worked in the community sector, in various roles in TAFE and as the General Manager at NMLL, a community based RTO/LL/NH. Cliff believes in the transformative potential of adult education, community development and sustainable community-based organisations to address local issues and improve lives.

Loretta Asquini has worked in local government and at NMLL as a community development professional. As NMLL’s CD Coordinator she has initiated many events and projects addressing local needs. Loretta’s CD practise embraces co-design/production, the model embedded in the Paving the Way Forward initiative. Loretta was the Operational Facilitator for the PTWF project.
