The Enhanced Blended Teaching and Learning Program is an initiative of the Adult and Community Education (ACFE) Board to enhance teaching and learning practices for blended delivery. The program has been designed to provide practical and 'real-life' demonstrations of effective blended delivery and learning. Over five interactive webinars participants will engage with various subject matter experts and facilitated participant work between sessions.
This program is designed for pre-accredited practitioners who have experience in blended delivery and want to enhance their skills and knowledge and be a source of expertise to colleagues across the sector.

By the end of the program, participants will have enhanced skills and knowledge in blended delivery and created a blending learning plan for use by their Learn Local provider.
Together with other participants, reflect on the learnings gained about blended and online delivery in 2020 and discuss what worked and what didn't go so well. Learn what components and factors contribute to a successful blended delivery model.
ACFE learners come from diverse backgrounds including youth, early school leavers and those with English as a second language. They can be resistant to blended and online learning. Learn how to effectively engage these learners by using different online components.
This session will be tailored to meet your needs. What are the skills and knowledge that you really need in order to adopt a Blended Delivery model in your Learn Local. The presenter, Alison Miller specialises in cutting edge online learning solutions.
Adapt your existing face to face programs to blended delivery. Learn what tools can be used and how you can apply adult learning principles to blended delivery. Delivered by experienced A-frame curriculum developer, Josie Rose
Participants will share a short presentation about their learnings and research on best practice for blended delivery. This session will also include information about how to champion blended learning in your Learn Local and mentor others.
